Every now and then, it happens that it will be a burger for lunch; however, it is not very often. Today it was a “not very often” day and that means Chili Cheese-time. Deep-fried cheese/chili/jalapeno super-junk foods… tell you a secret; do not attend any aerobic/body pump/fitness class after that lunch stopper. Even if it is 4 hour between eating it and attending fitness class these chili cheese-things moving up and down the esophagus during the exercise, and believe me, the chili cheese junk that taste so delicious is not that delicious 4 hours later. Promise you that.
